  • The cops have been here at least once a week in the past 4 months of me living here. If you have an electric car and rely on the charging station, don't move here. There are constantly non electric vehicles parked for days straight and no matter how many times you tell the office, they do nothing. My car has been scratched by numerous different cars while being parked in here and left unsaid. Neighbors on every side of me (behind, to the left, under, under and one over) blast their surround sound all day literally 24/7. I was very excited to be moving here at first because you would think it's a nice area, but I have witnessed and heard already 4 different domestic violence type situations just in my units area. And lastly, almost everything in my unit is falling apart. Sink leaks, drawers falling off on my toe, wood from stairs sliding off from under my feet. I would not recommend.
