  • If you are looking for an amazing place to live, OPTIMA Sonoran Village is the place. Not only is the location awesome-so close to shopping, restaurants, movies etc., the building and amenities are superb. Although there is construction, all tenants were made aware of the challenges that construction of three large buildings would entail. You cannot find any other apartment building that even come close. The architecture, floor plans, over the top landscaping, state of the art gym and amazing views of camelback, granite countertops, top of the line appliances just to name a few. Management has been very helpful and quick to respond to us regarding every issue that has popped up. The maintenance crews and handy men have been awesome when we have needed them. As far as the other complaints, I have not experienced any of them. My unit is beautiful ( and I face the construction) - yes dust does come with the territory but it will all be worth it once everything is finished. There is absolutely no comparison with any other building in this town. DON"T MISS OUT on a great living experience- come and check out what OPTIMA has to offer. You will be pleasantly surprised! THe BEST is yet to come!
