  • Worst massage envy I have ever visited. I have been stood up 3 times at this location. At locations in Ohio and Dallas, I was never stood up. I was told they would deposit a free massage into my account because of the ridiculous inconvenience. Never happened, Finally I tried to call and speak to the manager. Never returned my call. It is chaotic , disorganized, and a ridiculous place to try to go to relax. I am switching location - seriously considering dropping my account with ME due to this terrible experience and the seemingly lack of interested people. Lets see how it goes in the next month.
