| - A local staple of Phoenix is Postino's with seven locations across the Valley of the Sun. This evening, my other half and I went to Postino's for dinner. We found parking quickly (which can sometimes be a challenge at this particular location, though when it is tough, valet is available).
As we weren't incredibly hungry today, we ordered a board of bruschetta and a NYC Grilled Cheese to share. We usually select four different selections from a long list of options but today we ordered a double serving of brie and apples with fig spread and a double serving of burrata, arugula, and tomato. All was delicious and serving rather quickly to us. We have never had a dish we haven't enjoyed. In the past, we have ordered a Cheese Board, Butcher's Block, Soup & Salad, Prosciutto with Brie (swapping out the prosciutto for turkey though!), a Turkey Panini, and a variety of desserts, wines, and cider.
Two of the amazing deals that they offer are their $20 Monday & Tuesdays ($20 for a bottle of wine and a board of bruschetta after 8 PM on Mondays and Tuesdays) and Happy Hour ($5 Wine by the Glass or Pitchers of Beer...including my favorite Cider, seven days a week from open until 5 PM).
Also, go to postinowinecafe.com and join the Upward Projects ePosse to get special deals and freebies, especially during your anniversary or your birthday. You may even score a complimentary bruschetta!
