  • This branch has some good people, but the banking system itself is terrible and has TERRIBLE CUSTOMER PHONE SERVICE. This Bank has made MAJOR screw ups on my account 4 times this year, and every time I get the run-around. "Oh, we can't do that here. You have to contact XXX department by phone." Then XXX department puts you on interminable hold, and if you hang around long enough for someone to answer, you find that they are just as clueless and try to pawn you off to the next person. Another hour long hold. If I could give this bank a ZERO star rating, I would. Don't trust this bank to tie your shoes, let alone handle your money.
