  • I moved to Cleveland from Seattle in September 2016 and struggled to find a salon w/ an esthetician. I made an appointment w/ Mercedes in February for a Brazilian and she did a wonderful job. I had gone elsewhere when I first moved and was not happy w/ the service and went back to my esthetician in Seattle when I went home for the holidays. Unfortunately, Mercedes is no longer w/ Shawn Paul but they did offer me a 20% discount for my next service since they had to cancel my follow-up with her. I will probably go back for a hair cut since I'm overdue and hopefully they will have a new esthetician in the near future!
