  • Holy smokes this guy was good. I had rats! Stinky dirty noisy rats. Rats that chewed a hole in my plastic pipe and caused water to go from my upstairs bath to my downstairs bath. Rats that kept us up at night with their gnawing big teeth sounds trying to get into who knows what. I had a company come out and quote $2000 woa!!!! That's a bit hefty for rat control. Next, we called Brad. He was super responsive, personable and polite. He came out and quoted a 10th of what the first company did. He explained everything in detail to us. He set us up on the spot. Great guy! I highly recommend this company.
