  • TBBS had exactly what I was looking for, most of which were at discounted prices. However, as others have said, the service was pretty terrible. But because I'm happy to shop without interference, it was pretty good for me. I went in there looking for three things: Moroccan Oil, Essie nail polishes, and the Queen Helene Mint Julep mask. (I only ended up buying the mask because I'm an expert at talking myself out of purchases). I mentioned that most of the products were at discount prices; that includes the mask and the nail polish. The mask was less than $8, which is cheaper than I've seen it anywhere else (it's generally between 10 and 12, where I've looked). The Essie nail polishes were $6.95, which is also pretty decent, considering the quality. They also had almost all of the available Essie shades, which was great. They even had some miniature bottles which were selling for $2.95. The Moroccan Oil, however, was full priced, at $39.99. It wasn't overpriced, but I was hoping that it would be a little bit discounted. Oh, well. I'll probably go back a few pay checks from now. Anyways, I spent about a half hour in there, and I wasn't approached once. This was fine with me, as I mentioned, but I'm sure some people would be disappointed. But that wasn't the end of the bad service. In fact, the reason that I knocked off a star was that I overheard a woman dealing with two customers who were looking to buy hair dye. The woman scoffed at the couple when they said that the product she suggested was too expensive, and she refused recommend a less expensive alternative. In fact, she called over two co-workers to try and convince the couple that they should spend the extra money. All of this was done with a scowl, which made it even worse. I was extremely disappointed to see that happen. However, I don't have the full story on that exchange, just what I encountered. And overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I left satisfied. They had everything I was looking for, and more. They also had a selection of products at vastly different prices, as well as a number of sale items. The organization of the store was great, and it really landed itself to the shopping experience.
