  • In an effort to stop roof leak, I had my a/c replaced. When they took the old unit off, they discovered the water had damaged some of the plywood and they couldn't install new unit until roof was repaired. Jay found time in his busy day to stop by to see what needed to be done and he showed up at 7:15 the next morning. About an hour later, roof was fixed and the a/C guys were back out with the crane to hoist up and install new a/c.
