  • I'd never been to a dispensary before, and I have to admit I was curious -- so I tagged along with a friend. I was really disappointed. Recreational mj has the potential to completely reboot the local economy, but with businesses like this, it isn't going to get out of the gate. The staff was really unfriendly and wasn't aware of the product they were selling. My friend explained what she liked and asked for a particular ratio of THC/CBD and the employee said "I'm not sure - here's a list of what we have, but we're sold out of a lot of these things." Then the employee kind of wandered off for a minute. I thought she went to get some more information about the questions we asked, but nope... just wandered. Came back after minute and asked if we'd decided. My friend bought a couple of things - at a price increase since the last purchase about a month ago - got rang up and then shuffled out the door. The guard basically pushed us out into the parking lot before we'd even gotten ourselves sorted - not great service in a sketchy part of town. I actually had to ask if that behavior was common or considered "normal" in dispensaries - maybe aloof employees is a thing there? Nope. All in all - less than impressed. I gave it 2 stars because it did have a pretty wide selection of products, but customer service is a total no-go.
