  • Selwyn Ave is becoming a great place to explore. With Rod O.'s recommendation, I finally checked this place out It's an interesting concept. French style chocolate and wine shop / bar. I'm not a wine expert but it look like they have a great selection of pinot noirs which is one of my favorite wines. But I came for the chocolate. Examples of the chocolate flavors were displayed elegantly like jewelry. Each flavor had its own design and a card with a description. Flavor names include Chai Spice, Chambord, Pure Peru, Nuttymel, Sweet Heat, Strawberry Balsalmic, OMG!, Basil Orange, and that's just a few. Each piece costs $2 but it is so worth it to see how they are elegantly designed with not a flaw on the chocolate. The staff was wonderful in describing how the chocolates are made and the background of the store. I walked out with a box of 15 for a gift and box of 8 for myself. Thanks Rod for suggesting this place.
