The "Customer Service" department that received my PT referral was HORRIBLY incompetent. Incompetent to the point that I question if the employees are either texting on their own phones or under the influence of something mind altering. My referral was faxed to this place by mistake and it took 4 hours, and 3 phone calls to 5 people including 2 mangers to have it simply faxed to the number I provided! Even then, I had to insist at my last phone call that the person fax it while I was on hold, and then call the place to see that it was received.....all only because i insisted! The people do not even know the credentials of the therapists available or if they are specialized!! This is so unacceptable! I am a doctor and I now know to NEVER refer a patient here..I don't want the hassle. Especially bad was Mike K. who said he was in charge of all these people and then he faxed 1 page of my 10 page referral! When I called back before 5;00 about that he already " left for the day". I heard his boss is Lance F. What is your response to all of this nonsense?? Who let the dogs out?
