  • One experience with this firm. And I may not have the correct outlet for the review. But that said, Rocko (yes, his real name), is the owner and scheduler. He does an absolutely fine job in helping folk who have, in my case, a DOA furnace in the middle of winter. His field team came on time, brought all the right stuff, did the PVC and aluminum fabrications in their truck.... from 5 days without heat to being nicely toasty now, a great experience. He even became the "home warranty advocate" for me when the company, based in Florida, seemed to forget having any semblance of customer service. f8 and be there.
