  • Discovered this little truck during the Vegas StrEATS fest and it did NOT disappoint! The wait was like 45 minutes, but so worth it. This isn't snow cone land, the ice consistency is smooth and sleek. It's a different texture. The Large is $5 and the Regular is $4. You can choose up to 3 flavors per Shave Ice. They have approximately 30+ flavors to choose. From classics like cherry and bubblegum (regular and blue) to traditional Hawaii flavors, to several types of cakes. Some add ons like ice cream and sour spray and other stuff I don't recall are only .50 to $1 to add. Condensed milk is free (if you've never had condensed milk on a snowy treat, do it; you are welcome). They have a Twitter so you can find them on the go and webpage they update! Definitely check it out. One of the cheapest and tastiest ways to beat the Summer heat in Vegas!
