  • If I could give a zero star I would. Central storage does not pro rate when you rent one of their storage unit. They do not let you know that they do not do prorations on their units. I talked to them and I had rent from there once before and I always got a prorated payment back. They did not let me know this time that they no longer do prorate on unit you rent from them anymore .That it is a flat rate even if you only need it for 3 days they charge you a full month regardless ..So since I was not informed of the changes they made that they would give me a refund and that I would see it in six to eight weeks this was told to me by the manager at the storage unit place.I rented the unit on September 29 2015 and moved my things on October 9th 2015 .I am still waiting for my refund now it is December 1st of 2015 and I have not got a refund check from them. The management at Central Storage stated to me to call this number on this card that he had presented me for the refund the card he gave me is to a call center that only deals with getting orders for all central storage companys in the united states they do not deal with refunds nor do they have numbers to call for a refund. I feel were not going to get refund from the company. My advices Do not rent a unit from CENTRAL STORGAGE they are bad business . If you are interested in a good rental storage unit in Phoenix. EXTRA SPACE STORAGE 5115 N 59th Ave, Glendale, AZ 85301 Open today 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM phone no# 855-838-6124 They have storages units all over the a United states not just here. They are the best company they care about their customers and they do prorate their unit if you leave early. I've been fighting tooth and nail from central storage for my refund and I cannot get in touch with anyone so you can just say my refund is lost. I hope this helps you out on finding a good place to store your goods.
