  • After being a member here for almost 10 years and recommending nearly 8-10 people to get memberships I received a letter in the mail that my membership had been revoked. Apparently one of their teachers who has had a personal issue with me lied and convinced upper management to cancel my membership. I have tried to get in touch with someone in charge and nobody will physically talk to me it all has to be done through an email. After demanding proof of an incident happening I have been completely ignored. After talking to some friends this seems to happen quite often. I know of at least three other people that this has happened to. I am planning on contacting an attorney and news stations to bring attention to this. Not to mention every person that this happened to have been minority's. This place is not worth giving your money to. They don't care about their members and the customer service from upper management is awful. They think they are above everyone else and are unavailable to speak to anyone in person.
