  • Very strict return policy. It's hard to be 100% sure until you get the furniture home and spend some time lounging around, which can take more than 3 days, plus 50% of the cost is not refundable anyways! My mom spent no small sum on a couch not realizing she wouldn't be able to watch tv while leaning back with her bifocals on. The back reclines with the foot rest. If it would stay upright with the foot rest up it would have worked out. Now I have a fancy couch that is worth 6 months rent that I don't need and my mom is buying another couch. Just fair warning.
