  • I researched LG Collision prior to calling them for an estimate. As a claimant, it was my choice to go with my insurance's preferred shop or find my own. After comparing reviews of the other shop with those from LG Collision, the choice was clear. From the moment Mike came to my work to assess the damage to the time I received my car back, the service was great! My curiosity usually beat them to the punch and I usually ended up calling them before they had a chance to update me. The minor issue which came up after I picked up my car was resolved in a very timely and satisfactory fashion. All in all, I walked away from the situation feeling like I, as the customer, was LG Collision's primary focus. Great Job! About three or four weeks after I got my car back, I took it to be appraised. Other than a very unnoticeable flaw in the paint on my bumper cover, there were no indications of the accident. This flaw is undetectable unless you're an expert, so the value of my car did not suffer. As a side note, I assure you that this review and others posted elsewhere are genuine. Just ask Mike..... and he'll prove it!
