  • This place has really gone downhill since it changed to Jackson's. For $20 you'd think they'd do a better job. This time they did a lousy job vacuuming, missed half the dashboard wiping. Had something sticky on the outside that was still there when I left. Last time it looked like they totally missed wiping down the interior. I called and did get a free wash. Also, you have to say no to 3 upsells after you've already told them what you want. Won't be going back.
