  • first off the keyword is VINCE CAMINO!! I cant stress enough how great the customer service is I received from him and the rest of the lexus team!!! I purchased my vehicle from CarMax and opted to have all my services done at lexus and it turned out to be great! ive visited lexus 3 times for my oil changes and twice for repairs and this last time was absolutely perfect! im a very busy person on the go and from the timeliness to putting me in a rental and the frequent updates on the repair status at the end of the day I was happy to get my car back!!! thanks VINCE again see u in 6 months for the oil change!
