  • This company is horrible. I have a HSA warranty. My furnace AC motor went bad. The technician that came out to fix it put the wrong motor in. He said he had to order a new motor. It's been over a week now and still nothing. I could have had the motor overnighted myself and had it the next day. I talked to the foreman of the company and he said that there is nothing he could do and that it wasn't his problem. Very ignorant. I ended up having the system replace by another company within a few days of calling them.
