  • Management was always Friendly enough. 1st month I lived there, someone attempted to break in my car, 6th month I lived there I caught someone trying to cut the security cable off my bike that was on patio (4am). Never had bugs (Roaches) until they decided to have the whole building pack up and set off defoggers...then they seemed to appear out of the wood works. I told office and they never offered to spray again/inside. I hired a company to do a move out clean when my lease was up. The manager called and stated it looked great and then a couple days later called me back and said there was going to be a pet deodorizer set off that will cost $190 of my deposit. I explained my dog has Never had any accidents and was absent the last 3 months - I was told I didn't need to have carpet shampoo'd...and heck why not when they turn around and charge you $190 (For a $10 deodorizer) In essence my apartment was left cleaner than it was at move in and I should be entitled to a full deposit return. I will not be recommending Stonegate apartments.
