One would consider me a regular, frequented 6-8 times per month for the past 15 years. Change is probably the most common denominator in the restaurant business and this is apparent at the First Watch/Good Egg. I waited this morning for 15 minutes at my booth, extremely slow service, rude server, and if that is not enough, I asked the manager to follow up on my long ago ordered ice tea, she never pursued same. Staff turnover is one thing but training is the solution. It should be noted this is one of several occurrences over the past year of poor service, this has become an exercise in food futility. The manager regrettably, does not manage. Adios, Poor Egg.
