  • I went in to purchase parts for my pc. I waited for over an hour trying to get someone to help me. The employee has no idea what I was talking about and referred me the counter where they did repairs. After I asked my question and any recommendations he had. He gave me a bullshit answer and seemed pissed off I disturbed what he was doing. Then belittled me for not knowing how to build a custom waterloop. So this place needs some serious customer service training. I will NEVER return and Frys lost about $4000 That I was prepared to spend today. Off to Amazon for my purchase.
