I have really enjoyed the Sumits Yoga classes. It is a great way to break a sweat but as a warning the room does get pretty hot (100+ degrees hot) so please make sure you are hydrated.
If this is your first time doing hot yoga, I would recommend sitting by the door. The instructors will occasionally open the doors to let some fresh air in and trust me it feels amazing.
Since it get hot, please make sure to also bring iced water and plenty of it. Take the breaks as needed because the classes can be challenging. overall I've enjoyed the classes. The classes can get a little on the full side so try and arrive at least 15 minutes early to secure a good spot.
Overall I like all the instructors and the environment at Sumits.
