  • With an invitation to a formal fundraising ball I sought to rent a tuxedo for the 1st time since moving to Phoenix. I called several of the larger chain stores who rent tux's and then a friend suggested I call Mr Formal. The difference was noticeable from my initial call. The associate who answered the phone provided helpful information and we set a day/time for me to stop in. From the time i walked in the door i found an extremely helpful attitude and excellent customer service. I had a style picked out and was measured in less than 15 minutes. Every detail was taken care of by Tim and I had the tux in my closet ready for the event faster than I had anticipated. I wouldn't bother even trying another place when I need a tux again. They even had the best price I was quoted by all 4 stores. Give em a try and you'll be very pleased.
