  • This review is now based on the service I received today from the managers and front desk employees at Green Valley Ranch's Hotel. I have called 3 times today to finally receive my call back I was promised about the issue I had with unauthorized charges that were added to my account. I was promised I would have copies of the documents I signed and never received a copy of at check in. Cyle, the manager promised I would have the documents yesterday emailed. Today he told me they would be sent, then in the same call told me that he needed to go to a different department to send the email since his email was down. After waiting another hour I called for the third time today. He told me that he has sent the email. I have yet to receive an email. On the final call I was told that the charges would stand because security found ashes on the counter. I gave Cyle my fax number and still have not received any documents. I can understand a charge for smoking in the room. I can honestly say that I requested a smoking room and had no idea I was in a non smoking room. I can not understand the games that are being played with getting me these documents. I can not understand a $150 (deep cleaning) charge when I was already charged $100 for any incidentals. I really can't understand it because the front desk person who checked me in explained to me about the $100 deposit and had me sign. I didn't get notified I was booked into a non smoking room. I wasn't notified about any charges that could happen beside the $100 deposit. I may have signed for them but I didn't read the documents, they were read to me by the front desk person and she chose to leave some important details out. If I would have never booked into this hotel I wouldn't have been put out an extra $250. Not to mention the money my friends and I spent in the Casino. I've been coming here for over 10 years and I am sad to say I won't ever return to this property or any other station property. If I would have been called or emailed a receipt of these charges after they charged them I would have a different review. Finding out that there has been $250 charged to your account without your knowledge is quite the shocker. Communication is lacking in their establishment. I receive much better customer service at Motel 6. It tastes horrible saying that.
