  • Really disappointed! We picked out a band new Prius prime, brought in our trade-in (which is paid off), had our 5K to pay towards the purchase but we were rudely turned away. They sales manager gave us their offer and asked us what it would take to buy the Prius today. We asked for $500 more for our trade-in (which would equal Carmax's offer), $2770 less than the internet price we were quoted in an email and a lower interest rate. The manager came back, gave us our keys and said we can't help you and literally walked away without another word. To be honest, we were dumb-founded. My husband is very successful in sales and was appalled by the lack of customer service from the senior management. We will head over to a friendlier Toyota dealer tomorrow.
