So I book my rental online and it is immediately debited from my card. Unusual but not a big deal. I go to pick up my car this past Friday and Ed the guy working at the time tell me we don't rent to locals. New policy. I told him I had this booked a few weeks back so I was unaware of this. They should honor the booking but Ed refused to give me a car. So then when I say I'm going to have to speak to his boss on a later occasion then he tells me that the guy that usually checks people in called off that night. I have NEVER been to a rental car establishment where the person working can't do both. The only reason this even got 2 stars is because I went up there last night to speak with the manager Casey and he was gracious enough to refund my money. Ed is a terrible employee. And the goon he had working with him was not any better. He didn't even have a name tag on. I asked him for help and he said you'll have to talk to Ed. Then why are you there? Will never use this place again.
