  • I left in pain. I bought two visits off Groupon and haven't dared go back for my 2nd. Melissa is in a hurry. She is very sweet, but there is nothing nurturing about her manicures or pedicures. She did gel fingernails and gel toenails within an hour. Rush, rush, rush. It's a preference issue. I don't want to be hurt because the technician doesn't book enough time. My pedicure wasn't about addressing calluses or even a nice massage. It ws about soaking my feet, clipping nails, shoving cuticles (ouch) then painting. No thank you. At least book 75 minutes for both procedures.
