  • Misleading statement sent to us then late notices for a payment that was not clearly needed not knowing they raised the HOA fee. Cannot waive the late fees even though they admit their communication is lacking on their paperwork and they could have done better. Paid the late fee and got gouged a 13 dollar fee by the bank they use. Super frustrated.
