After reviewing Rebel Automotive about my latest experience with them, I received a message via yelp from the owner of the company. They reached out to me to try to fix the experience I had and I just wanted to update my previous review. They indeed refunded my money, which is great and the manager reached out to me as well. We spoke over the phone and I believe his name was "Lee", and he just wanted to ensure that their company is respectable and wasn't trying to pull a fast one on any unsuspecting customer. I bumped the review up 1 star for taking initiative and trying to fix the problem, but still -2 for the inconvenience for the whole experience. I would recommend coming here, but just make sure you have clear communication before giving them have the keys to your car.
