| - This was the worst experience that I've had at Bachi Burger, and Alex, the so-called "manager," displayed very poor customer service. He did not want to listen to or address my concern. He kept cutting me off to over-explain their shortcomings.
I ordered the Kalbi Burger, which is my favorite, therefore this is not the first nor second nor third time eating this meal. I specified my temperature as Medium-Well. My burger came out very pink in the middle and I sent it back. They took my eaten burger and put it in the oven, as I was told-Um Yuck. This doesn't sound like good practice to me. I would expect a new patty, grilled to my order specification. Even with the oven baked, eaten patty on this second try, it was still pink in the middle. By this time, I have taken two bites of raw beef, have been waiting almost an hour for dinner as I ordered it, and am pretty frustrated. I again returned the plate this time requesting for a new burger to be made and for it to be removed from my bill. The waitress states that I will still be charged for the meal. Huh?! Really??!! I've been waiting to eat my dinner, you guys can't get it right and I am still required to pay for it. Worst customer-service ever!! Alex needs retraining and Bachi Burger needs to reevaluate their customer service standards. So beware, the only thing I was fed at Bachi Burger tonight was raw meat and a bunch of BS!!
