  • Not my first time coming here but today will definitely be the last time. The girl that checked us in was rude and incompetent. You would think a company based on providing a relaxing service would hire employees that actually enjoyed waiting on customers. There were 4 of us and she was really frustrated to check all of us in. I guess she didn't realize this was her job. Oh and don't bother using a spa finder gift card. The employees treat you like a criminal because they have to verify the card to make sure that it is valid. In other words, I'm a criminal until they can validate that I have not given them a fraudulent card. Will spend my money somewhere else that treats me like a valued customer.
