I have been wanting to come to Not Just Coffee for a while now and today when they participated in the Gilmore Girls revival experience, well, that was it! I was in and dedicated to get my butt here nice and early!
It is located in the center of cute 7th Street Public Market with easy access from walking, Lynx line, or parking. The deck is attached and all you have to do is walk down stairs and you're at the front doors of the market. Prepare to enter the market and inhale all of that coffee goodness.
I know the crowd and the pace today with a special event going on is not part of how they should be reviewed for normal business operations but I will say this: they moved at as fast of a pace as they could, quickly worked through the line, watched hundreds of people take pictures of everything around them and of them, and still had smiles on their faces!
Now to the coffee goodness you inhaled upon your entrance. I ordered the fall flavor latte and it was presented to me with nicely done latte art! It was robust and had just the right amount of fall flavors in every sip that will hug you as tight as your plaid blanket scarf and cute fall boots do. I am so happy I came and enjoyed my first coffee here on one of the first (actual) chilly fall mornings! And that they were "Luke's" diner for the day, even better ;)
Good stuff, come support this lovely place! Coffee that is served with pride by a local business- you cannot beat that. I will be back!
**FYI: parking is self validated in front of the market where there is a machine that you insert your ticket in. I believe this is allowed for parking of 90 mins.**
