  • The store never (and I do mean never) answers their phones, even in the salon. Their store also seemed really disorganized-- perhaps because they are so close to ASU and have a ton of shoppers? In any case, when I go there in person, their staff is really friendly, although busy. The only real reason I go to this particular ULTA instead of one more responsive and less busy is because of the stylist Kevin, who is awesome.
