I traveled on this airline. They broke my golf clubs. I check my golf travel bag a few days later to find broken clubs. I call the airline and they tell me, we don't do photos and I have to go back to the airport to show them the damage. Not customer friendly. Their response, you can fill out this form and send it in but we're not liable because you didn't report it within 24 hours. How was I supposed to know that my clubs were broken if you do not open your golf travel bag for a few days. Not cool!!!!
I need to follow up the previous post. The airline called me and offered to pay for my damages. I applaud them for listening and thinking outside the box. Thank you!!!! Improved my rating to 5 stars.
