  • My husband got my engagement ring setting (and not a cheap one) here about 3 years ago and 3 band diamonds have come loose. I called and asked if ONE on the diamonds can he replaced and I was told that I would have to pay for the replacement diamond still... Apparently if you don't bring in their jewelry to be tightened every 4 months it'll completely fall apart. Unfortunately this quality was not made to last.
