  • I have been here for 45 minutes and they have yet to even touch my car. This is a horrible place to go. They don't communicate with you. When I pulled into my lane, NO ONE told me what to do. Should I sit here and stay? Or leave my keys in the car and wait inside. So I went inside. My car has sat in the same spot for 45 minutes with the same rags just sitting on my car. All the employees are just standing around talking with each other and the same cats have been sitting here since I got here. Ridiculous is all I have to say!!!! Never again.
