| - This is for WALMART.COM! I ordered 2 boxes of cat litter, and got 2 boxes of cat litter that I did NOT order! I can NOT use the ones I got, because the smell affects my Asthma! I CALLED last week, TWICE The first time, a woman wanted to ARGUE with me about what I ordered. The second time, a guy looked it up and said that it looked like a computer website glitch, and that he would have someone from MANAGEMENT contact me. NO ONE from management EVER contacted me. SO, today I called AGAIN; after having a CHAT REP want to ARGUE with me about what I ordered. The woman on the phone was "okay" and gave me to a Supervisor...and this is where it gets REALLY aggravating! THIS guy said that the item was out of stock so they sent the others, *I* said they should NOT have done that...he said there was NOTHING he could do about it. He said the ONLY thing he could do for me, would be to order me MORE litter, that I would have to PAY FOR (AGAIN!)! THEN he proceeded to tell me that he could not guarantee that I would get the right item THIS time either!!!! WTF is WRONG with Walmart.com's SO-CALLED "Customer Service"???!!! Customer Service is MORE important to me than PRICE...when I get LOUSY service, I will go somewhere ELSE, even if I have to pay a little more!
