  • If I could give this company 0 stars I would! I scheduled a pickup for 630 and they told me be outside at 620. I was there at 610 just to be safe. 645 comes around no shuttle. I tried calling, no answer. One shuttle came but the driver said it was only drop off and I asked her how Can I get a hold of someone? She said I don't know. I asked can u find out where's my shuttle, she said I don't know you have to call. I told her no one answers. She said then I don't know. I tried calling and calling and calling no one answers, I left a message never got a call back. I waited until 705 and then I had no choice I had to get a cab. And this morning I called and someone answered and I told her I want to talk to a manager and she said ok and I was waited and call just went dead and no one ever answered and I called back and no answer. I left a message again and haven't received a call back. I've E-Mailed and still nothing. DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE! You can not rely on them and they want your service but not willing to help you when you need it.
