  • Have been living here for 8 months. Pros: - great location - friendly concierge people (24hr) - reasonable rent - maintenance stuff is super efficient (really love this) Cons: - party building; very loud on every weekends and sometimes even on weekdays. I understand that there is no "quiet hour", but I do need to sleep after midnight. The noise comes from both the apartment building (apparently some people opened their balcony door and played music) and the bar across from the park. - the parking lot is not in or part of the building; sometimes it is hard to carry stuff upstairs - elevator super slow; apparently all the buildings with the same company as Catalyst have the same problem (Catalyst, Element, Avenue). - many pets; the problem is that there could be a dog on your floor that is barking all the time, and there is nothing you can do with it. So it really depends what you want and what you can bear with. For me, if I can find a quieter place around, I would move out. However if you love music, party, and dogs, it is a great place for you - given the location and the price.
