I've been with Fido for over 2 years now. Only to discover today that I've been unnecessarily overcharged by hundreds of dollars (but don't worry, they gave me a $10 credit, and a sorry).
Make sure you double check your plans, I was paying $65 for 1gb, today I found out that all this time, I could have been paying $65 for 2gb because I had bought my own phone (this means I never would have gone over my data).
The woman I called apologized no one had told me sooner, saying "not everyone loves their job." Apparently all the Fido employees over 2 years I've ever talked to, HATE their jobs.
Thankfully, I also discovered that my contract expired last month (despite it saying on the website that it was to expire July of NEXT year). If I hadn't have asked, I would have been stuck with these bastards for much longer than I'd have liked.
