  • Recording states you can book your pets grooming appointment on line, but really you can't. When I called to see if they had room today, I was told they did not so I booked for tomorrow. I then went online to create an account for next time and 2 appointments for today popped up. I called back and was told they prefer you call in because the dog could be "too big" but there is a drop down for the breed??? In the end I suggested that they should probably not have the online option and was told I could it could be used but that it gets very complicated.
