  • I've lived at these apartments for six months now. This is great place to live! All the units have been upgraded recently with new carpet and hardwood flooring. The living areas are very spacious with high ceilings. The living area is very open and does not feel like a normal tiny apartment. They recently re-did the pool and added new BBQ's. They also painted the building and upgraded other amenities. On the weekends you will find plenty of people lounging by the pool. Everyone I have met in the complex has been very nice... even the staff. If your looking to move in... Stop by the office and ask for Leah. She is super nice! She has answered all my questions and help me with the application process as smoothly as can be. I would definitely recommend moving in here if you are looking for a great place to live in a great area. You probably wouldn't find a better place this close to the Biltmore for the price. It's very reasonable!
