This is for the pharmacy staff. I went to get medication filled and two of the employees were so terrible to me I left in tears. They were talking loudly about my medical history for anyone in the radius to hear, and were making terrible comments while I sat there. Please ensure your employees aren't being blatantly disrespectful to or about customers. Their role is to be trustworthy and respect that a person and their doctor made a decision together about a medication, while understanding that talking at the checkout line loudly for others to hear can easily violate HIPPA regulations.
One nice thing, The male employee in the pharmacy was very kind to me.
