  • Food was whatever .. I mean you can't completely mess up a bagel and cream cheese right ? Customer service unfortunately was awful. I asked to get a combo which includes chips and a pickle with my sandwich and the guy said they didn't have that as an option... When the option was right next to my selection.. but I was like ummm okay and he said there was a pickle that game with it.. which it didn't but I don't care, quite frankly I'm thinking now he did me a favor not doing the meal HAHA but anyways my friend also wanted the "thin bagel" and he told her they didn't sell that there .. and she was well.. your advertising it, you know the "thintastic" and he was like oh yeah sure ... Lol cool. I'm taking it as he was new which is perfectly fine not knowing BUT you don't say you don't offer something or its not a thing if you're just not certain. It makes you and the company including the training they give you look completely horrible. Anyways no big deal it's just a bagel joint and I will never cheat on Hot Bagel again :)
