  • Not much has changed at Harvey's APH over the past year ... but I'll kick it up one star for still being in business. The big plus, there's nothing else like it in the 'far' East Valley and they're open till 2am. (That's 5 stars in my book) While I've yet to meet the same bartender or waitress twice, I really hope they figure it out as the Public House thing is a really cool concept.
