rev:text	"UPDATE" Owner reached out to the Yelp message right away. Will also post further details as soon as the second package arrives. Thank you! I'll keep this review short and simple. I bought 2 lots of remotes with 10 remotes per lot and only received 2 remotes instead of 20 total. So basically I'm short 18 remotes!!! I'll include screenshots of the ebay auction and I'm not going to remove this review unless they contact me either through yelp or ebay! I emailed and called but they did not respond to any of my requests. A huge "0" Stars for this company and I recommend you do not buy from them. No customer service whatsoever!!! Also to mention that batteries on the remotes do not work. I'll be waiting to be contacted by SaleSumo and then I'll update my review. I hate leaving 1 star review but when a company does not deliver what they promise I have no problem stating my honest experience!!
