  • The pho here is decent, but the portions are small. The broth is good. I'd come here before Trams. But after reading all the reviews on Vietnamese restaurants in Pittsburgh, I have to say that the majority of people in Pittsburgh have no idea what they are talking about when it comes to Vietnamese food particularly pho. I would say that Pho Minh so far has the second best pho I've tasted in the city after Pho Van. Unfortunately this city is not a pho city.
